The Fellowship for Equitable Development (FED) program connects top-tier master's degree and Ph. D students with leading community development organizations to cultivate the "leaders of tomorrow". Through the Fellowship, participants are empowered to address challenges such as climate change, wealth disparities, and housing shortages, which disproportionately affect low-to-moderate income and BIPOC communities.
